Our shipping charges vary according to the Product and delivery location, all charges are already mentioned on every product pages. Availability of cash on delivery service would depend on your pin code. Although We always try to deliver your package to you as soon as possible but still sometimes it is possible that there may exist public holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery that may cause a delay in final delivery.

Points to Know

  • We deliver across PAN India, In Delhi-NCR we deliver orders within two days and for other locations, our standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery charge varies from product to product as mentioned on our website.
  • Once the product is dispatched to you we will not be able to change the delivery address.
  • If the order is canceled before dispatch, we will refund the complete order amount if the amount is paid online.
  • You can track your order from the tracking link sent to your email id.
  • If the product package seems opened or damaged at the time of delivery kindly do not accept such package.


Mozelo is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

Most of our items are with FREE SHIPPING, but if shipping charges are charged then that will be charged to the customer on the total value of the goods. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charge for shipment to Maharashtra Region.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? Orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

What if I the product is received in damaged condition? If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
